North West Elite Academy develops young players individually inside a team setting. Three training nights a week at Cardinal Heenan in West Derby, delivered by FA qualified and enhanced DBS checked coaches, for £34 a month.

Academy games are earned
Members get the opportunity to play academy games. Selection is based on performance and attitude in training, so every player knows exactly what earns them a shirt.
Based at Cardinal Heenan, West Derby
All sessions run at Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School on Honey's Green Lane. One familiar venue, easy to reach from West Derby, Croxteth, Tuebrook and across Liverpool.
The pathway
A clear route from Under 5 to Under 13
Age groups train on their own night, with sessions built for their stage of the game.
Foundation
Fridays · 5pm to 7pmFirst touches, ball mastery, confidence and fun. Where a love of the game starts.
Development
Mondays · 5pm to 7pmTechnique under pressure, game understanding and decision making, session after session.
Performance
Thursdays · 6pm to 8pmPosition-specific detail, physical development and the standards that carry players forward.
Girls' sessions run on Thursday evenings and goalkeeper training runs Thursdays 7pm to 8pm. Full details on the programmes page.

Private sessions from 1-to-1 up to groups of five, tailored to your child. From £13 a player with pitch hire included.
Holiday camps
Camps every spring, summer, autumn and half term at our West Derby base. £25 a day, academy members £20, siblings save 15%.
Team coaching for your club
An NWEA coach delivers your team's weekly session, planned and run to academy standards. From £200 a month, limited places each season.

What happens at your free taster
Send the enquiry
Two minutes on the form. Tell us your child's age group and a little about them.
We find their session
We reply and place them in the right age group on the right night at Cardinal Heenan.
They train, free
Boots, shin pads and a water bottle. They join the full session with their age group.
You decide
If they love it, membership is £34 a month. If it is not for them, no problem at all.
